Every man who ever lived has thought about making a company or have people working for them but not everyone is able to accomplish that dream. Well this article is not about the statistics of how many people were able to make it big or for how long. This article is about creating a better future. This article will help you in your endeavor to achieve your goals.

1. Great Leaders
   They are the engines of the company. Any company that ever existed had great leaders that lead their teams in the right direction. They are the ones who run the company. Either you are a billion dollar company or a start-up company, if you don't have a great leader you are not going far ahead. It is their duty to make sure each and every department is functional, their needs are fulfilled and their conflicts within and among departments resolved.
2. Human Resource Department
   HR department may be mocked for not doing any work. But they have to make one of the most difficult decisions in a company because they are the ones who recruit new workforce This department makes sure that a company never runs out of efficient workers that pushes the company to the next level. 
3. Legal Advisers
   A company is not a company if it doesn't comply with all the law of the place it belongs to and it is never an easy task to keep track of all the changes in rules and that is an essential task while building a new company but their work doesn't end there. They have to be answerable for all the legal matters of the company. Be it a conflict with another company, their client or customer or even their own employees.
4. Production Department
   This is the heart of the company

How to become RICH?

It is obvious to imagine why one wants to be rich. It is generally to meet our personal needs or desire or to provide for people we care for. This means being rich is essential for almost every human being on earth. This is a very generalized statement but I don't think anyone would contradict with this opinion. So without further ado lets jump in and find out those little things that people do that make them rich eventually.

First and foremost thing anyone can begin doing is create passive income. Let me explain this in the easiest method possible. Creating a passive income means "investing" but this does not just mean investing in a stock market or some mutual fund or other financial beneficial schemes, Investing to gain passive income is a concept where things or products or other people working for you make money for you. One might say this needs a lot of investment and it's a really impossible thing to do but what if I tell you that creating a passive income or for most cases, secondary income (initially) is such an easy task that anyone can start within a few days.

If you are still not convinced why having passive income is such an important thing then read through and understand a little bit about it. Having an active income means earning money by doing a job or a business where one basically works night and day to earn their bread and butter and a Ferrari as well. But it is practically impossible for a significant amount of people to buy a Ferrari or any other expensive stuff unless the money earns itself. for an example think about 3 big things you want to purchase and estimate the total amount required to earn it all. Now, imagine how long will it take you to earn that kind of money. If this makes you feel that the task is impossible then you need to have passive income.


Here is the explanation of how to start earning passive income. I have a little exercise for you, which requires you to write down a few things. Write down the amount of money you can afford to invest. It can be as less as the amount you can save in a week or a month but you have to be willing to take that risk and it's not at all a big deal for all the emotional and financial gains you are going to have in the near future. Once you have that pen down,  think about all the sources by which you can earn money. This list needs to be filter less, meaning you don't have worry about it being expensive or impossible to achieve and it does not have to be a great thought. you can write down the simplest and the easiest things by which you can make money. Now see if there is anything in your list that can be done once or managed regularly and where you don't have to spend your time for every penny you earn. If your short list contains a product that you can rent out or multiply easily and sell or a service you can provide can charge them regularly for subscribing to it then you have all the necessary tools to start creating passive income.

Introduction to this blog

Hello people,

This blog is gonna be in construction mode for a while. I am not sure how long I am gonna keep it under construction mode but I am doing this just because I have a lot of content to talk about and a lot of topics that may or may not be discussed by anyone else on the internet.

So what does it mean to be in construction mode?
I will be posting articles that may not be complete and just start publishing them even before completing them. So you might see a few articles with just title or with some kind of description that may help you come back for more or just remind me of posts that I need to complete writing.

But I can do it by keeping them in draft, so why am I posting incomplete articles?
This is because I want to let that information out as soon as it comes into my mind. I used to write articles and keep it saved as drafts or type it in Evernote or OneNote but never really made use of those articles or ideas. As of this day, I consider myself as not a good writer and I leave a lot of articles incomplete and never publish it but that doesn't serve any purpose to the people about whom I'm thinking.

I am updating this blog because I recently watched a video on YouTube by clever programmer. Actually, I watched that video for the second or third time and I remember initiating something else at that time but that's a topic for another day given that I don't forget  about it.

So stay tuned to this blog as you will surely find a lot of stuff that you like. I promise, I will write for all kinds of people.

5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 till you are satisfied
6. Bingo...!! 

Now you can watch your video without any borders or title bar or a toolbar as shown below..!!
